The Editor's Bit

We’re a bit later than planned this month: I caught a cold that delayed distribution of the last Stun and made me miss a couple of parties, then we went to England for a couple of weeks, so I missed out on a lot of photo opportunities.We made up for it when we got back though and we’ve got a bumper Stun, packed with photos from around the bars.

I never planned on making the longest running English language bar magazine when I made the first Stun 19 years ago either, but it’s great fun doing it, so I might as well carry on.

It was the regulars in the Rodos Bar who first encouraged me to make more Stuns, so it’s quite apt that the Rodos Bar figures so highly in this 19th Anniversary edition of the Stun, even if it did close down over 15 years ago. We’ve got five pages of photos from the Reunion Party, including Page Three.

Being a week later than planned meant I could take photos at Jaime’s leaving party in Coco’s Outback and get them in the Stun before he lands in Australia.

Talking about photos; have you sent in your entry for our Photo Contest yet? Closing date is 31st October and if we don’t get a reasonable number of entrants, we’re going to scrap the contest and probably never run another one.
