The Editor's Bit

I’ll start this month’s column by giving an Honourable Mention to Steve Currie, who was the only entrant for February’s Cover Competition. Steve correctly identified that the photo was taken on the Staalmeestersbrug. He also mentioned that there’s an old Amsterdam political activist going around with a couple of workmen, sawing off all the love locks from the historic bridges. He’s not wrong; when I took a look recently, I couldn’t see any of the locks from last month’s cover, but it was just after St. Valentine’s Day, so they had been replaced by new ones.

No prizes this month; it’s a photo of my bike outside Molly Malone’s! I usually have a Paddy’s Day theme to the cover every March and as Molly’s is the only Irish pub that advertises in the Stun, it seemed like a good idea.

I haven’t got any selfies this month, but Jeff sent in one of me with my old friend Rikki in Susie’s Saloon. Enjoy your latest Stun!
