The Editor's Bit

Here we are with a new Stun, a bit later than originally planned, but so what? Now that Elly is getting stronger, we’ve been spending more time doing up our home. It did mean we missed a couple of parties though; despite our best efforts, we can’t be everywhere.

One party we both made it to was for the launch of Karen and Kim’s exhibition “Livin The Dream” in IJmuiden, which encouraged Elly to claim back part of her Tales from the Gutter pages, in addition to compiling this month’s crossword again. Our thanks go to Betty Kroger, who took the picture of Elly and myself in IJmuiden on page four. More pictures from the party are on pages 18 & 19.

I was fashionably late getting to Marcel’s last night in the Shamrock party, so thank you Mark for the picture of Marcel revealing the identity of the new owner. That one and the ones I took are on pages 20 & 21.

We’ve had so many entries for our Premiership Predictions League, I haven’t had time to sort them out yet, so you’ll have to wait for the first update. A few got lost in the post and I have said I will accept replacement entries, but don’t wait too long; I’m not going to let anybody get an unfair advantage.
