What’s this? A new Stun just three weeks after the last one? And it’s out on the first day of the month! Are we conforming to the standard practices of mainstream monthly magazines when it comes to publication dates or do we have another reason? It’s the latter!

It’s Elly’s birthday on the 12th and I want to make sure that this Stun has been delivered to all the bars by then so that I can spend the whole day with Elly, without any distractions. So, we’re bringing the June edition of the Stun out a week earlier than usual.

Coming out at the beginning of a month with five weekends and Euro 2012 has resulted in the Stun Gig-List filling a whole five pages, a new record in Stun history.

I got hit by a stomach bug that put me out of action for almost a week, which resulted in me missing out on the Amsterdam Sevens Rugby Tournament and the shenanigans that accompany it in the bars around the Red Light.

So, no photos from that weekend, which is a pity because some rugby players actually paid for downloads from the Stun website last year. A lot of people say they support the Stun, but paying €1 for a photo seems to be too much for most. I’ve started posting the photos on the Stun Facebook Page and you’re welcome to copy them, but if you want one without the big watermark, it’ll cost you.
