The Editor's Bit

Here we go with the 20th Anniversary edition of the Amsterdam Stun, and before I go any further - yes, we are having a party. It’s in Molly Malone’s on Saturday 19th October and you can read all about it on page 5.

There’s a brief history of the Stun on page 6, but I couldn’t keep it brief, so it only covers the first 15 months. If you want to know more about the Stun’s history, buy me a drink at the party and I’ll tell you some more. Failing that, you can always hope that I write more in the Stun’s 25th Anniversary issue.

Elly’s pages are no longer called Tales from the Gutter; find out why and what the new name is on page 4.

Pete has sent in a report, with photos, from the Charity Chicken Foundation’s latest fund-raising effort, the Tour De Farce! Turn to page 8 if you want to know where they went and what they got up to.

There’s another great prize up for grabs in this month’s Stun Crossword, a €30 drinks voucher from Café De Barones, so get puzzling; it’s on page 26.
