The Editor's Bit

There’s a pattern starting to develop with our November covers, which in the past, have featured Roomborstplaat, Gevulde Speculaas and chocolate letters; tasty treats that are only available at this time of the year. This time, we’ve got figures of Sinterklaas and Zwarte Piet, but we’re not trying to make a political statement or get involved in the whole racism and slavery debate; it’s because they’re made of chocolate! As in previous years, after making the cover, we ate what was on them and when we removed the foil from the Sint & Piet figures, they were both the same underneath - brown and tasty.

We’ve got a packed Stun for you again this month, with loads of photos from around the bars, including the Stun’s 20th Anniversary Party, Halloween parties and Lamar’s 60th. Add to that all of our regular stuff and you’ve got your latest edition of the Stun. Enjoy!
