The Editor's Bit

Is it really four weeks since I last found myself sitting here writing this column? No, it’s a bit less, because I want to get this Stun round the bars before the start of the Paddy’s Day parties. It’s easier for me to take photos when I’m not dragging heavy bags of Stuns around with me.

In last month’s Stun, I said that Joyce Grimes has decided it’s time to leave and explore new horizons. I was wrong. It wasn’t her decision to leave and she will still be around town for the foreseeable future. In fact, I saw her playing with Joe Rocker on Monday; the photos are on the Live Around Amsterdam Facebook Page.

That’s where you’ll also find all of the on-stage photos from Micky Llewellyn’s Wake in Maloe Melo, but we’ve got a few of them, plus the off-stage photos spread over four pages, starting on page 18.
